Carlyle Hotel Residence

Lee Ledbetter & Associates provided complete architectural and interior design services for a 2,500-square-foot, three-bedroom residence on the 19th floor of The Carlyle Hotel in New York City. Exterior work included the restoration of three terraces, the removal of a 1980s-era greenhouse, the reopening of a portion of the west terrace, and the addition of two steel conservatories to enhance natural light and views of Central Park. Inside, the residence features custom walnut millwork accented with nickel and antique mirror detailing, a bespoke kitchen and breakfast room, and carefully curated furniture and artwork that blend classic modern design with custom craftsmanship.
