Designed in collaboration with Gould Evans Affiliates, this new practice facility provides a permanent home for Tulane University’s basketball and volleyball programs, featuring a two-court gymnasium, training and locker rooms, conference spaces, and coaches’ offices. Its compact, energy-efficient design—with a tight building envelope and high-performance systems—earned LEED Gold certification while maintaining a cohesive street presence within the athletic campus.
